An immovable report is a software-based determination of the property value by an expert. The property is not necessarily visited, the necessary data is provided by the owner himself.
My short report is the low-priced alternative to the detailed market value report. It goes without saying that the expert report is produced without any impairment of quality. Detailed descriptions and photo documentation are omitted here. The focus is on the valuation.
My market value appraisals acc. § 194 BauBG, as part of my DEKRA certification, are court-enforceable. This means that they are recognized in court and at public offices (eg tax office) or in financing talks with banks.
