On detailed description units and photo documentation is omitted here. What do you need a short report for?
The short report serves buyers and sellers of a property as a meaningful and therefore helpful basis for buying or selling decisions as well as for financing discussions with banks and credit institutions.

Site visit by an expertDocumentation of visible and measurable structural damage and structural defects (eg visible cracks or measurable moisture damage) Plausibility of the information on the valuation object (eg the year of construction of the property, the relevant property size or any modernization measures carried out) Determination of the real estate value ( Market value in accordance with §194 BauGB) Preparation of a written opinion (short report) on the determined market value
